Ivory Gull was originally a 1950’s low ranch style with a kidney shaped pool and a 360 degree tan brick fireplace right in the middle of the house. The house had been well taken care of, but the new owners needed something larger and more modern for their themselves and their three young girls. The architect drew a picturesque craftsman style remodel with added square footage for the kitchen and the master bedroom suite. We gutted the whole house down to the studs and gave it new everything. The craftsman details were challenging but a carpenter’s dream to put together. The house finished beautifully and the family lives happily to this day.
