Snowy Plover was a renovation of an already existing outdoor BBQ and kitchen. The building existed but we had to tear out the entire outdoor kitchen area and start again. We extended the existing trellis to accommodate some outdoor heaters and more lighting. New appliances, new countertops, fireplace, and furniture. My carpenters were very proud of the trellis, of course.
